I founded DiscoverZzz on the belief that our culture here in the U.S., including the healthcare system, is not set up to support holistic sleep.
Sleep is the foundational layer of our energy, and all too often we’re left with no choice but to let sleep slip through the cracks. Think of sleep coaching as the blueprint that closes those gaps. We steadily build a framework that supports where you’re at, today.
I take a science-backed, custom approach to sleep support. You leave better understanding how your body evolved to sleep it’s best and having put that understanding into practice.
You begin to see that good sleep is more than sleep aids, apps, and fancy alarms. It’s the habits you practice all day – and night – that reflect the energy you strive for.

Some – often for a very good reason – have relied on sleep aids to find sleep, sometimes for months or years. A sleep aid can be defined as anything medicinal you take, including Rx, OTC, and cannabis, to help you sleep. Our primary sleep-wake hormones are melatonin and cortisol. These, along with many others, influence sleep throughout our lives.
