1:1 Classic Coaching Package
$600
I recommend this option for most of my clients. I am a firm believer that sustainable sleep change requires reflection and repetition. Therefore, the Classic Coaching Package is positioned for value through a pre-determined number of sessions, rather than charged per hour, to support this journey. The total of four sessions happen over the course of 6-8 weeks. $650 if beginning at Strategy and then converting to Classic.
You can expect to receive a:
Comprehensive initial holistic assessment
90-minute 1:1 intake session with Hannah
3, 60-minute follow-up sessions with Hannah
Ongoing holistic assessment through your progression
Personalized weekly sleep plan within 24 hours of each session
Routine text check-ins between sessions
Inquiry-based and custom approach
1:1 Comprehensive Sleep Strategy Session
$225
The Strategy Session may be a good fit for someone looking to leverage sleep for maximum energy, wanting a second opinion on work you’re already doing, or simply wanting a more abbreviated look at holistic sleep coaching. Option to convert to the Classic Coaching Package at the conclusion.

Comprehensive holistic assessment
90-minute 1:1 session with Hannah
Personalized 2-week sleep plan within 24 hours of session
15-minute follow-up call after 1 week
Inquiry-based and custom approach
Group Coaching
Starts at $150
I work with groups to offer holistic and interactive sleep education. Examples include a company bringing me in to support staff health and wellbeing where there’s a burnout culture, a gym supporting its members through pop-up coaching, or a college hiring me to speak to students on the science of how quality sleep converts to long-term learning more effectively than late-night studying – and turning that knowledge into action. My holistic training and education background allow me to cater the exact approach and delivery to your needs.
