“Can you help me”? My answer: Our bodies are built for sleep.
When quality sleep eludes us, there is a reason. Together, you and I step back to examine not just the reasoning that’s there, but all that has been missed. I will always help you get closer to your goal, and you will be the one who allows yourself to reach & sustain it.
What is Holistic Sleep Coaching?
Sleep coaching is a collaborative, personalized process designed to help you improve your sleep and overall wellbeing. Sleep coaching brings together your motivation and my expertise to uncover the lifestyle factors contributing to your unique sleep challenge or goal. Together, we identify and implement realistic changes aimed at restoring quality sleep patterns – recognizing that modifying long-held habits can be some of the toughest work we do.
Who do you work with, and does DiscoverZzz specialize in certain sleep disorders?
My holistic training & certification allow me to work with a broad range of adult sleep challenges, all of which are listed on the Home Page of this website. I like to say that I specialize in asking the right questions to identify and address the root cause of your challenge.
Clients who work with me feel ready to commit to change. They often come to me not fully understanding the “why” behind their sleep challenge, or they’re looking to re-prioritize sleep amidst busy lives.
What does a Coach do, exactly?
As your Coach, I do an in-depth analysis of how you spend your time both in and out of bed, listen actively to your story, confirm your primary concerns, and offer new solutions, tools, and encouragement for gradual change. In sessions, we set long-term goals and short-term action steps to help close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
A Coach can provide full body and mind sleep education and exploration of core belief systems’ influence on lifestyle. Finally, I help you set the stage to begin shifting habits.
Who Is Hannah?
I grew up and live today in Bloomington, IN, with my 14-year old doggo and loving husband. My spirit animal, you ask? A loon; drawn to the water, adaptable, and a dynamic communicator.
I’m passionate about finding vitality and living each day to our true, joyful potential. I believe, as does the science tell us, that sleep is foundation of this work.
